You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the RealtoMax ERP software for your internal business purposes only. This license does not allow you to sublicense, resell, or distribute the software to any third party.

As a user of our Service, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Using the software in a lawful and appropriate manner
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

You retain ownership of all data entered into the RealtoMax ERP software. The software provider may have limited rights to use the data solely to provide and improve the services.

We implement robust security measures including encryption, regular backups, and compliance with data protection regulations to protect the security and confidentiality of your data.

We provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ERP software. The level of support, service level agreements, response times, and limitations of support are defined in your service agreement. Our team is committed to resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Pricing, payment methods, and applicable taxes are outlined in your purchase agreement or subscription plan. Payment terms may include:

• Recurring subscription fees (monthly or annual)
• One-time setup or licensing fees
• Applicable GST or other taxes as per Indian law
• Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement under conditions specified in the service contract. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. We will provide reasonable notice periods and guide you on data export before account closure.

All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to the RealtoMax ERP software belong exclusively to the software provider. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the software without express written consent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Surat, Gujarat.

Parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Arbitration or mediation may be preferred as the method of dispute resolution.
